Conference 2008 will be held in Nelson
Joint hosted by the Tasman Aquarium Club & Marlborough Aquarium Club
Its sure to be a great weekend so don't be slow in getting your registation form sent back
( these can be found in the lastest Aquarium World magazine )

QUEEN’S BIRTHDAY WEEKEND - 30 May - 2 June
Nelson is a popular destination this weekend so it is important to book early as
Ocean Lodge will not hold rooms after 18 April. If you have not registered before
this date then you will have to find your own accommodation.

FRIDAY:
4pm onwards. Registration, Social evening with drinks and nibbles.
Bar available. Raffles.

SATURDAY:
Guest speaker then AGM. Lunch at venue
Evening meal is a bar meal of your choosing and no more than
$20 per person. A voucher will be given to those buying a meal at
the complex. After dinner is socialising time again. Those wanting
to view some club members’ tanks may be given the opportunity to
do so. This will need to be organised on Friday night.

SUNDAY:
Bus trip. The main event is being kept secret but I assure you it will
interest everyone! Included will be a visit to the Mapua Aquarium,
Seasmoke (renown for their gourmet salmon), Woollaston Estate
Winery, Redwood Cellars (manufacturers of fruit liqueurs) and
Eyebright - the Country Store.
More socialising after the evening meal.

MONDAY:
Depart Nelson at your leisure. Transport provided if required.
Members will be available to take you shopping if there is interest.

Registration
$50 at least must accompany all registration forms, you can pay more if you wish.
( or be sent beforehand via direct credit to , Tasman Aquaium Club Account number : 38 9006 0739747 00   don’t forget to add your name to the DC).
Cheques to be made out to Tasman Aquarium Club. Other payments to be paid upon arrival.
Late registration will incur a $10 penalty fee
