ate heaps of food less than 5mins into the tank, shrimps stuffed with hikari pellets

cant wait for him to grow!

LOL your pics are as bad as mine!! I've noticed my green has darker fins with a slight redish tinge to them. Can't wait for mine to grow either!

the tail is just getting red on mine but not so much
the body is very gold though

its diet will be hikari aro pellets, shrimps and live feeders until i run out of feeders:) i have about 40 or so left, i feed 1 a week, maybe 2 times a week.

i feed my feeders hikari:D lol and discuss tucker to fatten them up!

Nice aro! Great body shape and nice fins.. Look out for its scales as it grows older, the colouration will start to kick in later on and approach the higher scale levels..

Also, avoid using mealworms as feeder, 'cos even though it's good protein, I've heard of aros dying from mealworm shells getting stuck in their gut.. Not worth losing a few grand over a measly mealworm shell haha..
