Where - Hamilton Gardens, Hamilton

This is a full national show so all the FNZAS trophies will be available to win. So enter what ever fish you like and the team here in Hamilton will put them into the classes for you making life easier. There are also photography and miniature aquarium sections. The cost is $1 per entry.

The Plan

19/10/07 - Benching of fish from 9.00am till 9.00pm. Show tanks will be pre-heated ready for fish.

20/10/07 - Judging to be carried out early morning. Show open at 10am till 5pm to the public. Prize giving and dinner at a venue to be confirmed for this night.

21/10/07 - Show will be open at 10am till 5pm to public. Auction and dinner at venue that evening.

22/10/07 - Show open 10am till 2:30pm. De-benching from 2.45pm till 9.00pm.

Accommodation - We will have a choice of a couple of motels within a short distance of the venue. We are lucky in Hamilton as there is a large variety of accommodation available but will have a couple of options for you.

How to enter – Entries are Open to current FNZAS financial members only. Please send in the attached form with a cheque to the address stated on the form. Entries will be limited to the first 100 killifish, and 300 other fish, and will be strictly on a first in first served basis. Entries have to be in by 1st October 2007. Late entries will not be accepted.
If you choose to have your fish auctioned at the show, please indicate the reserve on the entry form. There will be a minimum 20% donation to the Waikato Aquarium Society from each fish sold at the auction.

I do strongly encourage all fish keepers in New Zealand to support what is going to be a very unique and successful fish show
